unibricks in the new plastic-sand compound
With the production of the mould a set of test/sample unibricks were delivered as well….and they looked good!
steel production mould
it was time to order a mould that can do serial production of the unibricks and fit the machine line provided by GPBO.
further collaboration with the Great Plastic Bake Off
the connection of the production-line created by GPBO to the production of unibricks is just too logical not to explore.

First fire-resistance tests
People imagined plastic being a material which relatively easy catches fire. This doesn’t mix well with the goal to use it as construction material for affordable housing. So we needed to get a grip on this topic….
