We visited two company that build a network of so called informal wastepickers; in other words people who make a living out of wicking waste. Both Environmental360 as Coliba pay a decent price for the materials and have social programs for their waste pickers variating from business programs to scholing for their kids.

For us these organisations would mean a stable and fair input of sorted plastics.
